Getting Started
To begin using Mobile Banking with your AT&T phone, follow these simple steps:
- Access your bank's Online Banking site and enroll in Mobile Banking.
- Download the Mobile Banking application to your AT&T phone. You will receive a text message shortly to complete the download.
- Click the link in the message to download.
- From your phone's main menu, navigate to “Games & Apps” or "My Stuff" (varies based on phone model) and open the Mobile Banking application.
- Enter the Initiation Code, provided during your bank enrollment, into the required field.
- Establish a six-digit PIN to unlock the application. This is your personal code allowing you future access to the Mobile Banking application.

AT&T and our banking partners have taken thorough steps to ensure that your Mobile Banking experience is completely safe and secure.
- You can only log into your Mobile Banking account if you have the required 6-digit PIN.
- All information stored on your phone, as well as the transfer of data to and from your handset is encrypted.
- If you ever lose your phone, you can remotely deactivate Mobile Banking!
