Combined Billing

Combined Billing

As a member of AT&T's wireless network you may be eligible to receive one bill for your wireless and AT&T/BellSouth services.

Qualifying for Combined Billing

To qualify you'll need to meet certain requirements, which may vary by your location. Additionally, you'll need to be in good standing with AT&T/BellSouth and not have any previous, special wireless billing arrangements, such as credit card or reseller billing. Prepaid accounts do not qualify for Combined Billing.

For more information on how to qualify, contact Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500.

Troubleshooting Combined Billing

It may take 30-45 days to deliver a Combined Bill after you place your request. If you're a new wireless customer, you may receive one or two additional bills that require payment before we complete the Combined Billing process.

Once Combined Billing is established, all of your wireless charges will appear on your AT&T/BellSouth telephone bill. (Sometimes differences between the AT&T/BellSouth and wireless billing cycles may cause us to pro-rate some wireless charges on your first bill.)

For all customers, except those located in Connecticut or on the West Coast, wireless call details (lists of all wireless calls made during the bill cycle) are not included in Combined Billing unless specifically requested. To request call details, contact 1-800-331-0500 (an additional recurring monthly charge may result).
